Proximity to the heart of downtown and ease to get to plus the cost was reasonable.
Beds are really hard.
It's a nice hotel located near saint catherine street and the metro station guy concordia which makes the hotel located in the heart of Montreal, also the rooms were in a good condition with a nice view. The staff was friendly too and helped me with how to go here and how to go there but i think the hotel needs more staff as i felt there are a shortage at their number and sometimes guests lined up.
The price was way expensive for the hotel while there were other hotels provided the same service but with lower price.
The room was clean. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and where to go.
The room did not have a fridge and microwave.
The room was very clean, enjoyed the stay.
I really enjoyed the fact that the staff was always very pleasant and it was so close to the shopping district. The room was very comfortable and my granddaughter and I enjoyed the pool very much. We had brunch twice and it was excellent both times, and we had dinner there the one night. The salmon was done to perfection and I would recommend your hotel to everyone. I hope to come there again this summer while visiting a stepson.
The price was right and the downtown location, within walking distance of shopping etc., was excellent.
all the staff were very helpfull. the food was good and the service was excelent in the restaurant, the bar the cleaning staff and the front desk we will come back thank you.
no everything was great
The room was clean and comfortable with updated furniture. It was a quiet location upgraded to the 12th floor...room with a view...only $10 more. Worth every penny. A better location, you can't get. Close to highway, shopping and St. Catherine. I'll be back!
TV , and bthroom
Great location, friendly staff
You can only get $140 with one withdraw from the ATM at lobby.
Very close to the Bell Centre and nightlife on Crescent Street!
Best bang for your buck regarding downtown montreal hotels.
Cab hear through room walls too easily.
Went to a hockey game and it was right around the corner from the Bell Centre
Location was perfect. Room was very clean.
Its a little expensive but I guess its the location.
